Lost your key?
Your key is in the email from Dodo Payments, our payment provider — search your inbox for “Ripenote”. Or open your purchase page: enter the email you paid with and you'll get a sign-in link that shows your keys.

A device can hold several keys — for example Lifetime and a pack. What's unlocked is everything your valid keys include. We don't keep a list: Dodo Payments counts activations. If a key hits its device limit, open this page on a device you no longer use and choose “Deactivate this device”. Lost that device? Email us from the address you bought with and we'll reset its activations.
Your key is saved in this browser and in a cookie on this device, so it can come back if the page storage is cleared. Deactivate this device clears both.
